They were together for more than 10 years, and it seemed that both had long ago made a choice in favor of family. In all interviews, he called her the best woman and mother in the world, and she praised his fatherly and masculine qualities. The idyll ended on September 19, 2016. And the same Voight, in response to the news of Jolie and Pitt’s divorce, said: “Something serious had to happen for Angie to take such a step.” Something serious that Jolie cannot and does not want to forgive her now ex-husband, despite 10 years of relationship and six children. In 2014, information leaked to the press that Jolie and Pitt’s eldest biological daughter, Shiloh Nouve,l told her parents that she felt like a boy and asked to be called John. The child was eight years old at the time, and Angelina persistently dressed her daughter in boys’ clothes and gave her entertainment and toys for boys for about seven years.

Just a few years ago, a woman who was called the main sex symbol of our time shone next to Brad Pitt on the red carpet. And then Angie began to have surgeries to prevent estrogen-dependent cancer.
In 2013, the actress revealed the shocking news to her fans that she had undergone a mastectomy. “I chose to share my story because there are so many women who don’t know they are living in the shadow of cancer. I hope that they, too, will be able to have their genes tested, and if they are found to be at high risk for the disease, they will know they have a choice,” Jolie wrote in a statement published in The New York Times.
And two years later, a new message appeared: the actress removed her ovaries for the same purpose – to prevent the risk of developing cancer, since, according to tests, the probability was 50%. After this procedure, Jolie wrote that she was now in a state of artificially induced premature menopause. A year after yet another manipulation of her body, there was no trace left of the sex symbol. The media vied with each other to write about how Angelina Jolie was rapidly losing weight; photos of the haggard star, really very thin and seemingly dried up, were published on the Internet now and then. Which is not surprising, if you take into account the physiological processes occurring in her body after the removal of all female sex glands.
Jolie, in self-defense, began wrapping herself in voluminous cashmere ponchos, which only fueled talk of her ill health. At the same time, she stopped appearing at official social events in the company of her husband.
